The Mentorship
Private depth work for accomplished people navigating the passage from a successful life that isn't theirs to one that is.
Four months. One-to-one. Capped at four clients at a time.
You've built the right life on paper.
The credentials are real. The income is real. The relationship, the home, the recognition. All real. From the outside it looks like you've done it.
And yet the thought arrives, again, that you've built something that doesn't light your soul up. That somewhere along the way you stopped asking what you actually wanted and started executing what you were supposed to want. That you've succeeded at someone else's game.
You can't quite say it out loud. The people around you depend on the version of you that's working. You've earned this position. To question it now feels indulgent, ungrateful, dangerous.
But it won't go away.
What this isn't.
This isn't therapy. You're not unwell. You're high-functioning and capable and you've done plenty of work on yourself already.
This isn't coaching. You don't need accountability or hacks or a system. You've executed brilliantly your entire life. The problem isn't execution.
This isn't a retreat or a protocol or a course. The work doesn't fit in a weekend.
This is private depth mentorship for the small number of people whose next chapter requires more than tactics. And more rigour than the wellness industry tends to offer.

Who I am.
I'm a fully qualified psychiatrist with sub-specialties in child, adolescent, and forensic psychiatry. I co-founded Pandion Health, a national mental health platform. I live in Bali, train in padel, write, play violin, and run a private men's group.
I also walked, personally, the passage I now help others through. By my early thirties I had everything the medical system tells you to want — including offers to retrain in the US for a multi-million dollar career. I said no. It took thirteen years of depth psychotherapy, plant medicine, sport, music, and trial-and-error to recalibrate my compass and find a life that's actually mine.
The combination is unusual: full clinical training, deep personal psychotherapy, lived spiritual and psychedelic experience, business credibility, and the actual completed passage. Therapists tend to lack the lived passage. Coaches tend to lack the rigour. Plant medicine retreats give windows but not integration. Western medicine extends life but rarely aliveness. Holistic practitioners are often unregulated.
I sit at the intersection. There aren't many people who do.

The Promise.
By the end of four months together, you'll have:
- A clear, embodied sense of what actually lights you up, distinguished from what you've been told to want.
- The first concrete step you've already begun taking toward aligning your life with it.
- A meaningfully different relationship with the inner conflict that's been running quietly underneath your success.
- Tools and practices you'll keep using for the rest of your life.
- The lived experience of having been deeply heard, witnessed, and reflected by someone who has both the clinical depth and the personal experience to hold what you bring.
By the end of four months together, you'll know:
Whether the life you've built needs renovation, restructuring, or release. And what your next move actually is.
How it works.
Format
One-to-one. Online. (In-person intensives may become available later.)
Duration
Four months. Eight 75-minute sessions, fortnightly.
Between sessions
Limited WhatsApp access during business hours. This is a container, not 24/7 support.
What we do
Each program is individually customised, but is characterised by a deep understanding and preparation phase. Inner guidance work (a parts/visualisation method I've found particularly effective for resolving inner conflict). Practical advisory where it serves the work. Optional psychedelic preparation and integration support, framed clearly as non-clinical.
What we don't work with
Active psychiatric crisis. Medication management. Risk assessment. This is a personal development container for capable people, not a clinical service.

Who it's not for.
This isn't for you if:
- You haven't yet proven yourself in an arena. This work assumes capability, not crisis.
- You're looking for a therapist.
- You want someone to tell you what to do. The work asks you to listen to what your own heart already knows, which i help guide you to.
- You're already living your dream life. Good. Go live it.
- You're not ready to make actual changes. Insight without action is expensive entertainment.
How to begin.
The process
- Apply using the form below. Five questions, about five minutes.
- If we're a fit, I'll send a link to book a 30-minute paid Clarity Call ($300 USD).
- On the call, we'll explore where you are, what's calling, and whether the mentorship is the right next step. You'll leave with one piece of clarity you didn't have before — regardless of whether you enrol.
- If we both choose to proceed, I'll send the agreement and the first session is booked within two weeks.
I take on a maximum of four clients at any time. Current availability is limited.

FAQs
Therapy treats illness or works with long-standing psychological structures. The mentorship assumes you're functional and works with where you're going next, though is also profoundly changing. There's some overlap: understanding you is part of how I work, but the contract is different. We're not addressing pathology. We're guiding a passage.
Most coaching focuses on tactics, accountability, and behaviour change. Useful, but rarely sufficient for the kind of misalignment most of my clients arrive with. The mentorship works at depth, with what needs to be expressed at the deepest level. It's also grounded in clinical training, which most coaching isn't.
No. The mentorship is explicitly non-clinical. I don't prescribe, don't manage medication, and don't provide risk assessment. I bring my clinical training as background; the relationship itself is mentorship.
I have substantial personal experience with psilocybin, ayahuasca, and 5-MeO-DMT, and I work with clients on preparation and integration where it serves their process. I do not administer or supply psychedelics. Any work in this area is framed as personal development support, not medical treatment.
Many of my mentorship clients are Australian, but the mentorship itself is not delivered as Australian medical practice. It's a private, non-clinical relationship.
One 75-minute session every fortnight, plus practices, reflections, and async messaging between sessions. Most clients spend 2–3 hours per week in the work, plus the changes they're making in their actual life.
If after the first session you decide it's not right, you can withdraw with a full refund less the clarity call fee. After the first session, the fee is non-refundable but unused sessions can be paused or extended within reason.
Yes. I work with clients in North America, Europe, and the UK. We'll find a time that works.
The unlived life is the actual cost.
Most of my clients arrive after years of suspecting they should make changes and finding reasons not to. They are afraid of disappointing people. They are afraid of losing what they've built. They are afraid of being wrong about something they've spent decades being right about.
Underneath those fears is a clearer one: that they're going to die without ever having lived their own life.
If that's where you are, and you've done enough work on yourself to know that more thinking isn't the answer, let's talk.
