dr Brendan Daugherty

Founder. Psychiatrist. Mentor for those outgrowing their own Success.

Bridging evidence, intuition and innovation.

A different kind of practice

I work privately with a small number of accomplished people who seek meaning and re-alignment: doctors, founders, lawyers, executives.

Through one-to-one work, writing, podcasting and music, and I help people and projects align with their true selves.

This is a space for people to deeply connect with what they want and identify the unconcious barriers blocking them.

Founded Pandion Health

At thirty-four I was offered a path to a two-million-dollar psychiatry career in California. I turned it down. Not on principle. I could see the next thirty years of my life from where I was standing, and I didn't want them. I now work with a small number of people who choose deep alignment.

I'd made it. That turned out to be the problem. Arriving strips away the last excuse you have for not asking what you actually want.

The Mentorship

Four months. One-to-one. Limited to four clients at a time.

For high-achieving professionals navigating the passage from a successful life that isn't theirs to one that is. The work is depth-first, practical-second. By the end you'll have clarity on what lights you up and concrete steps toward aligning your life with it.
